The cancellation policy is: Full refund less a $50 administrative fee if cancelled by Friday, January 15, 2010; $200 cancellation charge between Saturday, January 16 and Friday, January 22, 2010; and no refund after Friday, January 22, 2010. A substitute may replace the original registrant. Refunds can not be given in amounts less than $5.
